This includes introducing new service and support programs as well as providing assistance to enhance the franchisor’s relationship with its franchisees.
We have done this both with smaller groups and more established companies that have a considerable number of stores already open and operating. (see Clients)
Lando Consults assists both franchisees/licensees and franchisors/licensors in achieving their goals.
However, in order to maintain the integrity of the relationship, we normally will not consult for both within the same company. That said, there have been some exceptions where the parent company has asked us to also assist with franchisees/licensees when they were unable to do so themselves.
In one instance Mark was even asked to chair the client’s advisory board, which he did for three years.
